The Challenge

Postmates is a delivery service that no one knows about. Go from an unknown, to peoples’ go to delivery service for all their food needs, no matter how specific the cravings.


The Shift

Connect to the hyper-local needs of consumers by speaking their unique language. To make Postmates a part of the fabric of culture in two of its biggest markets, LA and NYC, we conducted extensive ethnographic research and combined it with audience heat map data, unlocking hyper local insights that would only resonate with residents from those cities.


The Result

Postmates is a delivery service that not only gets you things but also gets YOU. Despite only using out-of-home media, 56% of people saw the campaign online via friends snapping pics and sharing via social channels. Postmates quickly saw a 9% lift in brand awareness, a 10% lift in app use, and over 297,240,683 social impressions.
